Just what the world needs, another blog

The world really doesn’t need yet another blog, and frankly neither do I, but after setting one up for the church, one for the church’s mountain biking group and one for Jen, I found myself with a bunch of newly acquired skills, and no place to regularly flex them. So naturally I made a new blog for myself, and cleverly hid it inside Jen’s blog. (Thus the title)

So I have a shiny new blog. Woohoo…now what?

I have a family, and am also a techno geek, a fat cyclist, a fairly competent writer and a bike commuter. However the familytech, fat cyclist, epic writing and bike commuting blogs have all been done already. Not that it matters really. Since I’m not advertising this blog, the only way you can be reading it is because some serious misfortune brought you here by sheer accident. If that has happened, and you are also morbidly curious, then read on for my occasional random thoughts on the family, religion, politics, technology, Linux, cycling, bike commuting and whatever else flits through my ADHD enhanced brain.

Whatever I do manage to post will be seldom useful, always cynical, hopefully humorous and maybe a half-decent time-waster. Occasionally there will be links to useful stuff, and I’ll also include frequent movie/television quotes. I’ll put these quotes in italics for you to alert you to their presence, but if you don’t already know the reference, google it yourself. I’m not your personal IMDb.
